Ladle the fragrant, infused water onto the hot sauna stones (kiuas). Breathe deep and enjoy the therapeutic steam (löyly).
Don't throw the pouch away! Place the hot, wet herbal pouch in a corner of the sauna room. It acts as a passive diffuser.
